Keith Smith

Became a member of the Arizona State Bar in July of 1973. Memberships have included the American Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association and Arizona State Bar Association. Areas of practice have included both criminal defense and a civil litigation. Have represented clients in matters involving family law, probate, insurance subrogation, commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, creditor's rights and debtor bankruptcy. First began representing clients in debtor bankruptcies in 1989.
